• 3 eggs separated
  
• 85gms castor sugar
  
• 55gms flour,
  
• 1tbsp melted butter
  
• vanilla essence
  
• 1tbsp warm water
  
• 1tsp baking pdr
  
• icing sugar to dust
  

Method

• Grease a swiss roll tin approx 12'' by 9".preheat the oven.
  
• Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar till pale in colour
  
• Add the vanilla essence
  
• Then gradually fold in the flour which has been seived with baking pdr
  
• Beat up the egg whites till stiff and gradually fold into the mixture
  
• Add the melted butter and water and pour the mixture into the tin spreading it evenly
  
• Bake at 180 for about 15 to 20 mins or till done.
  
• Allow the cake to cool for a while
  
• Then take a large sized butter paper and sprinkle with icing sugar
  
• Turn the cake over so that the browned top is in contact with the butter paper.
